Custom Made garments at Welborne Corporate Image have a 30 garment minimum per style, stockline garments a minimum of 15 per style, this can be spread across a range of sizes.


Prices vary depending on the nature of the custom made garment — the garment style and the quality of the fabric used. We can provide quotes on items from a sample or concept image. Once we’ve discussed your requirements and found the garment style, we can calculate a cost for you. Stockline garment prices are based on the quantity purchased. The prices listed on our ‘Garments’ page is for quantities between 30-99 garments per style. To obtain an accurate quote, use our ‘Quote Cart’ or get in touch with one of our sales consultants.


Sizes differ between different brands so we recommend checking that the sizing is correct. We recommend that you purchase a sample size range to allow staff to try on and determine their size prior to making size selections. We’ve made ordering products with Welborne Corporate Image easy. Order by fax, phone, or online if you have registered for the online ordering portal. Existing customers who wish to register for online ordering, please talk to your representative.


Once we’ve supplied you with a quote and you’ve accepted it, you can phone, email, or fax your order.


We have a ‘Quote Cart’ available so you can easily view our product range and collect items for your quote cart along the way. You can add as many products as you like to your Quote Cart. Once you’ve finished browsing, complete your details and we’ll provide you with a quote.


SAMPLES – Stock Line / Buy-in Garments

  • We can supply samples of garments for viewing and sizing if required, and do recommend this to ensure you choose the correct sizing for your staff.
  • A Sample Charge per supplier applies to all Buy-in samples to cover suppliers small order surcharges and freight charges.
  • New customers are required to pay for samples when ordered.
  • Existing customers with an *active account will be invoiced for samples and this charge added to their account.
  • If samples are returned within 14 days, and in same condition and packaging they were supplied in, we will issue a credit for the cost of the garment/’s. The sample surcharge and freight charge will not be credited.
  • If the samples supplied are for use as a fitting range, and the customer proceeds with an order for this style & size garments, these can be returned to have embroidery added if required.
  • As some of our suppliers do not accept the return of samples, therefore we are unable to accept these garments back for credit or refund, your Sales Consultant will inform you if the samples you require are from a supplier who does not accept returns prior to the order being placed.
  • The return of the samples is at the customer’s expense.
  • Samples are charged at our standard 1 – 5 unit price.


SAMPLES – Custom–Made Garments

  • Samples can be produced of Custom Made garments, and in most cases we insist on this as part of the process to ensure you have the opportunity to view and approve the garment, prior to an order being produced.
  • Custom Made samples will attract a 100% surcharge on the garment price.
  • Payment of Custom Made samples for new customers is required at the time the samples are ordered; once payment has been received the samples will go into production, standard production lead times will apply from this date.
  • Existing customers with an active* account, will be invoiced, and the cost of the sample garments, sample surcharge and freight will be added to their account and payment will be required within 14 days, samples will not be supplied to customers with outstanding accounts.
  • If an order is placed, for garments in the style as per the sample supplied, we will credit the Sample Surcharge, in some cases we will also request for the sample garment to be returned to be used as our production sample, in this case, the total cost of the sample and surcharge will be credited.
  • Under no circumstances can a Custom Made sample be returned for credit or refund if no order is placed for the corresponding style.
  • Custom Made samples will be charged at the base quantity price / 10 – 24 Garment Price.


Sample Fitting Ranges – Custom Made

  • Samples size ranges for staff fittings of Custom Made garments can be supplied if requested; these will be charged at the base quantity price / 10 – 24 price group plus $10.00 each surcharge.
  • New customers are required to pay 75% of this invoice prior to the samples being ordered or manufactured, the balance of 25% is required prior to the goods being dispatched.
  • Customer’s with *active accounts will have this invoiced credited to their account and payment will be required within 14 days.
  • Under no circumstances can Custom Made sample ranges be returned for credit or refund, other than due to manufacturing or material defects.


*Active account – The customer has purchased items within the last 120 days.


Free to one location for Australian orders over $750.00 +GST.


Goods will not be accepted for return by the Company unless they are deemed to be:-

  • Faulty as a direct result of manufacture or inferior packaging.
  • Damaged in transit.
  • Delivered not in accordance with the Buyers order.
  • The Company must approve all such returns, should this situation occur contact your designated Account Manager or Sales Consultant and request a RA (Return Authority), before being consigned to the company at the Company’s nominated address. RA labels can be downloaded from the website.
  • The Company will not accept unauthorised returns and the carrier will therefore be instructed to return such goods to the sender at the sender’s expense.
